• Backpack: For those of you who chose an ultralight, trail-focused setup: The Arc Haul Ultra 60L backpack from Zpacks, made from Ultra 100X material, offers ample space and comfort for long trail days. Featuring a custom Curved Carbon Fiber frame for weight transfer and airflow, plus adjustable straps. If you chose to be more camp focused with heavier gear, we'll be getting you Osprey's top-of-the-line pack (Osprey Atmos AG 65 for men, Osprey Aura AG 65 for women); while a bit heavier, it handles and distributes larger loads better.
• Tent: Depending upon what you told us about your tent preferences, we'll get you a one or two person tent. The ultralight option (Tarptent ProTrail Li for the single person, and the Zpacks Triplex for two people) is crafted from advanced Dyneema Composite Fiber for increased durability and better protection against the elements in an extremely lightweight package, or if you chose a heavier camp-focused setup, we'll get you a Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL 3, that sets up a little more simply without trekking poles and stakes. 
• Sleeping Gear: Enlightened Equipment Enigma quilt with 850 fill-power down insulation paired with a thick air pad (Thermarest NeoAir XLite NXT) for optimal comfort and warmth. Read more about why we think you'll have a better experience with a quilt instead of a sleeping bag.
• Pillow: Sea to Summit Aeros Down Inflatable Pillow with a down topper, ensuring restful sleep without ear pressure or neck pain. Extra pillows for your legs and chest, to give you more options for achieving quality, comfortable sleep - a necessary prerequisite for physical performance and enjoying yourself out there.
• Cooking Equipment: Lightweight burner, high-grade titanium pot, and a durable titanium spork, designed for efficient cooking and eating. If you chose the ultralight option, that will be the Trail Designs Caldera Cone System (alcohol stove), which includes a titanium windscreen. If you preferred the heavier setup, that will be the Jetboil Stash canister stove system, which incorporates their proprietary FluxRing for more efficient heat transfer and fuel usage.
• Water Filtration: Advanced hollow fiber water filter system for reliable purification (Platypus Quickdraw), which offers the best flow rate of this style of water filter.
• Lighting: Robust lightweight rechargeable headlamp with multiple brightness settings (and red mode) to suit various nighttime needs. (Nitcore NU 25)
• Clothing: High-end, name brand dedicated clothing from companies like Patagonia and REI. Commercially treated with permethrin if you asked us for that, for one of the safer, yet very effective mosquito and tick barriers out there.
• Mobility Aids: Cascade Mountain Tech Ultralight Carbon Fiber Quick Lock 2-Section Trekking Poles to enhance balance and reduce strain during hikes. If you chose the ultralight option, these double as the support poles for your tent, which leaves you carrying less weight on your back during the day.
• Safety Options: Emergency medical and gear repair kit (if you chose the heavier, full trauma kit option that will be the Adventure Medical Kits Ultralight/Watertight Medical Kit - Pro, and if you chose the ultralight option, we'll be hand assembling that for you into a quart sized pouch.)
• Bear Deterrents: If you said you'll be out in bear country, we'll be including bear spray, as well as either a carbon fiber bear canister (Weekender Bearikade) or a or a Ursack Major bear bag paired with an odor-resistant Opsak bag, depending upon the requirements of where you intend to hike. Canisters are bulky and unpleasant, but sometimes necessary. 
• Weather Protection: Rain gear to keep you dry and comfortable in any surprise backcountry storms. (Frogg Toggs 2-piece Waterproof Rain Suit). If you asked us for dedicated shoes, those will be Altra Lone Peak trail runners. Shelta Firebird V2 full brimmed hat, and Outdoor Research ActiveIce sun gloves. 
  
• Customized toiletries/consumables kits as specified in your form so you can "grab and go" for your next backcountry adventure. These include things like sunscreen, hand sanitizer, bathroom supplies, toothpaste, and the like.
  
• Out-the-door ready meals and snacks based upon the preferences you shared with us in your form. 
• Extra camp luxuries: Camp chair (NEMO Moonlight), gourmet cooking setup (GSI Outdoors), camp shoes (Birkenstock Arizona's, EVA version), hammock (from Dutchware Gear), camp table (NEMO Moonlander), bluetooth speaker, or games (Pocket Mint, Hive Pocket) as specified in your form.
• Other assorted accessories as specified in your form: hair brush, hair ties, female products, water bottles and bladders, etc. We'll leave you out-the-door ready. 
• Guidance and Support: Personalized coaching and route planning via live video chat to help tailor your first trips to your preferences and needs, and to make sure you're up to speed with your gear.
